The researcher from the State of Qatar, Mr. Abdul Nasser Abdul Rahim Fakhro, honored the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Diyala, Professor Dr. Luay Saihoud Al-Tamimi, with the “Qatar University” Shield in appreciation of his warm reception and participation in the 17th Scientific Conference organized by the college.
