( Establishment of the Department )
The Department of History is one of the academic departments of the College. In terms of its establishment and development, the department was founded in the academic year 1995–1996. It opened its doors to students at the College of Education – Diyala, which was affiliated with Al-Mustansiriyah University at the time.
