Dr. Louay Saihoud Al-Tamimi, the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Diyala, participated in the preparatory workshop entitled “Sustainability of Vegetative Cover and Animal Production in Desert and Grazing Areas in Iraq”, under the slogan “A Sustainable National Partnership to Support the National Economy”. The event was held in the Academic Forum Hall at the University of Diyala.
Workshop Objectives:
- The workshop aimed to enhance the government’s approach in achieving sustainable development goals to save the world, as well as the United Nations Development Program’s agenda for a better society and future.
Key Details:
- The workshop was sponsored by the President of the University of Diyala, Dr. Tahseen Hussein Mubarak, in collaboration with the Najaf Ashraf Service Association (an NGO).
- It was supervised by the College of Education for Pure Sciences, the College of Agriculture, and the College of Veterinary Medicine.
