Headed by the Dean of the college of education for human Sciences Assistant Professor Dr.Nassif J. al-Khafaji

, a delegation from the College participates in the conference of the Academic Council to visit the 40 in Karbala

The first conference included a wide participation in the academic committees of the Council to visit the 40 million by teaching the college of education for human Sciences at the University of Diyala, head of the department of geography Prof. Dr. Mohammed Yousif selected as chief of the cultural committee and chief of the public relations and media Committee and membership of a number of Iraqi universities teachers in order to put the programms  and the suitable plans to facing the cultural and Intellectual challenges that facing the participants In the 40th visit
