The minister of higher education and scientific research Dr. Abd Al Razzaq Abd Al Jalil Al-Issa presented his thanks and appreciation to the chief of the Committee of deans of the education colleges at Iraqi universities and the dean of college of education for human Sciences Dr.Nassif J. al-Khafaji  for  his Exploited efforts to achievement the entrusted tasks to him at the Committee of deans of the education colleges at  Iraqi universities 2017-2018
