The student is admitted to the college through the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which issues a ministerial order containing the names of accepted students according to their grades.
The names of accepted students are sent from the University Presidency / Student Affairs and Registration Department to the college where the student has been accepted, in both paper format and on a Compact Disc (CD).
An Admission Committee is formed within the Registration Division for the purpose of registering accepted students.
The concerned employee in the Registration Division requests the following documents from the student:
A. Original school certificate.
B. School ID card.
C. Student medical examination certificate.
D. Student identification documents (Civil Status ID + Nationality Certificate + Residence Card + Food Ration Card), four (4) colored copies.
E. Father and mother identification documents (Civil Status ID + Mother’s Nationality Certificate).
F. A copy of all documents on a Compact Disc (CD).
G. Student undertaking form.
H. Direct admission receipt.
I. Completion of guarantor sponsorship procedures.
The academic department is determined by the Student Distribution Committee according to the following criteria:
A. Student’s average grade.
B. Student’s preference.
C. Available capacity.
Admission and Registration Requirements (Evening Study)
The student is admitted to the college according to the instructions issued by the Ministry.
A committee is formed to receive students and collect their files.
After that, an Admission Committee is formed to accept students and distribute them among academic departments, and the results are submitted to the university for issuing the university order.
The concerned employee in the Registration Division requests the following documents from the student:
A. Original school certificate.
B. School ID card.
C. Student medical examination certificate.
D. Student identification documents (Civil Status ID + Nationality Certificate + Residence Card + Food Ration Card), four (4) colored copies.
E. Father and mother identification documents (Civil Status ID + Mother’s Nationality Certificate).
F. A copy of all documents on a Compact Disc (CD).
G. Student undertaking form.
H. Direct admission receipt.
I. Completion of guarantor sponsorship procedures.

Graduation Requirements
A graduate card is prepared for the student. A committee is formed to print graduate cards, which is responsible for printing, verifying, and following up the related administrative procedures with the Main Registration Department at the university. After completing all required signatures, the card is processed through thermal lamination.
After preparing the graduate card, graduation documents can be issued for graduates, including:
- Arabic documents without grades.
- English documents without grades.
- Arabic documents with grades.
- English documents with grades.
- Graduation wall certificate.
An information form is distributed to fourth-year students, including the student’s full name, academic stage, specialization, phone number, and email address for communication purposes and registration-related matters, including contacting students when needed.
After the final results are announced, an administrative order containing the results is issued and sent to the Main Registration Department at the university to issue the university graduation order, allowing the process of issuing graduation documents for graduates to begin.
Note: The student is provided with a clearance form before the announcement of the final results.
