Dean of the College of Education for Humanities Inaugurates a Bazaar in the College Courtyard
On Monday, April 7, 2025, Professor Dr. Luay Sayhood Al-Tamimi, Dean of the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Diyala, inaugurated a bazaar organized by the Student Activities Division and the Guidance Unit in the college.
The bazaar featured a variety of traditional folkloric items, accessories, handicrafts, books, and an array of foods from Iraqi cuisine. It also included handcrafted products that reflect the rich cultural heritage of the districts and towns of Diyala Province.
The Dean praised the efforts of the organizers and called for the expansion of such exhibitions due to their role in showcasing authentic Iraqi and Arab traditions, as well as highlighting key local handicrafts that continue to supply the Iraqi market with essential goods despite their long-standing origins.
