The Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Professor Dr. Luay Sihoud Al-Tamimi, presented the “Tamra” Poetry Festival Shield to the President of Diyala University, Professor Dr. Tahseen Hussein Mubarak. The shield was awarded in recognition of the fourth edition of the “Tamra” Poetry Festival, held in honor of the late poet Khalid Al-Dahi and organized by the Union of Writers and Authors in Diyala. It is worth noting that the Dean attended the festival as a representative of the President of Diyala University, Professor Dr. Tahseen Hussein Mubarak.
