College of Education for Humanities Outperforms College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in Environmental Knowledge Competition

The College of Education for Humanities at Diyala University achieved a remarkable accomplishment by outperforming its counterpart, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, in the Environmental Knowledge Competition organized by the Sustainable Development Unit at the University of Diyala. The competition was held at the College of Education for Pure Sciences.This success stemmed from the outstanding performance of the college’s students, who were able to answer most of the questions posed in the competition. The students were supervised by Mr. Ali Mazhar Abdullah, Head of the Student Activities Division, who played a prominent role in preparing and motivating the team.This participation reflects the college’s commitment to enhancing environmental awareness among students and developing their knowledge in the field of sustainability, thus contributing to the preparation of a conscious generation capable of facing contemporary environmental challenges.This activity aligns with the thirteenth Sustainable Development Goal: Climate Action, through disseminating environmental culture and promoting awareness of the importance of environmental conservation.
