Dean of the College of Education for Humanities Holds a Preparatory Meeting for the Fourth Annual Postgraduate Conference College Media

OfficeOn Sunday, January 18, 2026, Professor Dr. Luay Sayhood Al-Tamimi, Dean of the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Diyala, held a meeting attended by members of the Scientific Committee and the Preparatory Committee for the Fourth Annual Postgraduate Scientific Conference, entitled “Postgraduate Research: Sustainable Development for Community Service,” scheduled to be held at the college from January 27 to 28, 2026.The meeting focused on completing the final scientific and organizational preparations for the conference. Several key issues were discussed, including scientific and administrative aspects, mechanisms for receiving and evaluating research papers, and the distribution of tasks among the relevant committees to ensure the successful organization of the conference and the achievement of its academic and scientific objectives.During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of the conference in supporting the research journey of postgraduate students and encouraging them to present rigorous academic research that contributes to addressing scientific and societal issues, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 related to quality education.This conference reflects the College of Education for Humanities’ commitment to strengthening the research environment, promoting scientific openness, and supporting the exchange of academic expertise among researchers and scientific institutions
