In addition, it aims to keep pace with technological developments in the field of information services and to coordinate and collaborate with other college libraries and the Central Library in order to serve the objectives of the college and the university.

- Providing modern printed and electronic information resources that meet the needs of faculty members, students, and researchers, and that are consistent with academic curricula and scientific research requirements.
- Organizing, cataloging, and classifying the holdings of the College Library according to approved scientific standards, ensuring easy access to and retrieval of information with the least possible effort and time.
- Supporting scientific research by providing relevant references, periodicals, theses, and dissertations related to the college’s fields of specialization, while continuously developing the library collections.
- Developing and updating the College Library’s website, which is dedicated to publishing scientific content and library services, and continuously enhancing it to meet the needs of students and researchers.
- Developing the skills of the College Library staff and enhancing their competencies in line with modern developments in the field of information services and library technologies.
- Activating training activities and continuing education programs, and providing training and development services for researchers, students, and beneficiaries from within and outside the college.
- Strengthening cooperation and coordination with the Central Library/University Presidency and other college libraries, and exchanging expertise and resources in a way that contributes to the development of College Library services.
- Providing a suitable academic and research environment that encourages reading, research, and knowledge acquisition, and contributes to supporting the scientific mission within the college.
- Providing printed and electronic information resources that meet the needs of students, faculty members, and researchers.
- Developing library collections through purchasing, donations, and exchanges in accordance with the college’s academic specializations.
- Organizing, cataloging, and classifying information resources according to approved scientific standards to ensure easy access to and retrieval of information.
- Providing internal and external lending services and managing borrowing and return records in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Providing reference and library guidance services and assisting beneficiaries in accessing appropriate information resources.
