- Organizing and conducting cultural, artistic, sports, scouting, scientific, and volunteer activities within the college.
- Coordinating with academic departments, divisions, and units to implement student events and programs.
- Forming and supervising student teams and preparing them to participate in university competitions and festivals.
- Nominating students to participate in activities organized by the University Presidency and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
- Discovering student talents and creativity and working to develop and support them.
- Organizing art exhibitions, cultural exhibitions, book fairs, heritage activities, and national and religious occasions.
- Supervising cultural, scientific, literary, and sports competitions within the college.
- Following up on students’ participation in external championships, festivals, and events, and preparing the requirements for their participation.
- Documenting all activities and events and preparing their related records and archives.
- Preparing periodic reports and statistics on student activities and submitting them to the College Dean’s Office and the University Presidency.
- Coordinating with the Media and Government Communication Division to cover activities and publish them through media outlets and official platforms.
- Following up on the provision of necessary supplies and equipment for conducting activities and events.
- Promoting a culture of volunteer work and community service among students through community initiatives.
- Instilling the values of citizenship, belonging, university commitment, and positive behavior among students.
- Supervising the organization of official celebrations and occasions held by the college.
- Collaborating with government institutions and civil society organizations in implementing joint activities.
- Adhering to the instructions and regulations issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and the University Presidency regarding student activities.
- Participating in courses and workshops that contribute to developing work in the field of student activities.
- Carrying out any other related tasks assigned to the division by the College Dean’s Office or the University Presidency.
