The seminar concluded by emphasizing the importance of adopting healthy lifestyles that contribute to psychological well-being, such as time management, physical activity, and developing stress management skills, while also encouraging seeking help when needed. This seminar aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by supporting mental health and enhancing the quality of life within the university community.
