The English Departent at the college of Education for Human sciences ,University of Diyala a scientific seminar on the impact of artificial intelligence on changing the meaning of texts in specialized translation. The seminar in wich assistant professor Ahmed Adil Nori discussed m aimed to show that translation is an evolving procces that combines and integrates contemporary practices of that time m and with developing of society .

New methodologies have emerged that have changed the landscape of translation.

While AI-powered systems present challenges for translators, they also open up new horizons that can be explored in the fundamentals of translation.

The seminar clarified that humans have an innate ability to understand the intended meaning beyond the literal meaning, and despite the development of translation systems, they still lack this human characteristic.

It is noteworthy that AI translation systems are trained by human translation systems, and with continued technological advancements, AI systems may rival, if not surpass, human translation systems in terms of hardware capabilities. This symposium achieved the fourth Sustainable Development Goal, which is quality education, stipulating the guarantee of inclusive, equitable, and sustainable education for all and the realization of lifelong learning opportunities.
